Part 1 of 6 began recently despite heavy, sustained rains in Hawaii. It was a good omen that the clouds parted whenever the cameras rolled. Part 1 will be used to seek investors for an enhanced production, but filming will progress regardless.
This scene is a tribute to the great French economist, Frédéric Bastiat, as Jonathan is asked to sign the Candlemakers' Petition to ban the sun.
